Jack Bulman

Jack Bulman (b. 2000) is a multi-instrumentalist and composer based in the Twin Cities area, and this is his third year in Encore Wind Ensemble.  He began taking piano lessons at age seven, and soon added violin, flute, harp, percussion, and handbells.  He graduated from Concordia College Moorhead in 2023 with a BM in harp performance, before moving to the Twin Cities.  He performs regularly with several bands and orchestras throughout the Midwest, and was recently commissioned to compose a piece for Ring Out!, a local handbell choir.

Peter Haberman, Director of Bands at Concordia College Moorhead, is a conductor and educator who serves as the director of bands and professor of music at Concordia College where he is the conductor of The Concordia Band.
